Liking for Chocolate and ladies; if I say two sides of the same coin, I won’t be making it large. Despite, loving this product so much, I have strong reason to believe that only a few of you ladies might have discovered that raw cacao is one of the best super food. Healthy versions of cacao are only raw cacao beans, raw cacao nibs (pieces), raw cocoa powder and raw cacao bars.
Raw cacao has become more and more for sale in supermarkets. Health food stores have it anyway and sometimes sell raw cocoa bars. However, these are expensive (I think). I use raw cocoa powder, which I drink or other yummy things taste. Last, but not the least, everybody reacts differently to any food. So listen carefully to your own body.
