If you always feel tired and lack the enthusiasm, that can mean either you are not having enough rest or you have a medical problem. You might be suffering from lack of essential vitamins, or you are making some mistakes with your dietary chart. If you really wanted to know the reasons why you are tired all the time, please keep reading.

Are you not exercising?

Most likely probably when you’re tired you’re not willing to do exercise because you think you will feel tired and more.

But, in reality, regular exercise can improve stamina and cardiovascular system operation. It will eventually more oxygen throughout the body and more energy.

All you need to do is – 20 minutes of exercise a day, three days per week and you will surely feel less tired.

Not drinking required amount of water?

Another reason behind that tiredness is you are not drinking enough water. Dehydration causes reduced blood volume, which thickens the blood.

Therefore, the heart pumps more difficulty, which means that oxygen and nutrients end up with slower tissues and organs; hence, poor energy level and tiredness.

So, drink more water.

Are you doing good with Iron?

Next reason in my list is iron deficiency. People say iron deficiency affects only women in particular.

But, this is a myth; even men are not exempted. Iron is involved in the production of red blood cells. These red blood cells are responsible for storing and transporting oxygen in the blood.

Should you have a poor count of these cells, the appropriate organs and tissues will not have the amount of oxygen and you will feel tired.

To avoid it is recommended foods rich in iron and vitamin C, which helps iron absorption and assimilation.

Are you trying to be a perfectionist?

Now, this reason is epic. What if I tell you it is your perfectionism? Perfectionist people tend to work more and they are supposed to feel tired more than others in order to achieve targets, which often are unrealistic.

Failing to achieve their result in a sense of frustration, dissatisfaction, and stress. This further leads to improper rest and finally, tiredness.

Stop behaving like perfectionist because perfection is a myth.

Are you a pessimist?

Another reason could be your pessimism; you usually overreact on things.

If you are one of those who always imagines negative scenarios before anything else, then you probably live in the world of useless anxiety.

Trust me guys, negative thinking paralyzes you and drains you mentally, which contributes to permanent fatigue. And, tiredness.

Are you skipping your breakfast?

Do you skip breakfast often? Well, this is another reason behind tiredness. Breakfast is very essential and it is purposely considered as a “fuel” that is necessary for starting the day.

A healthy breakfast gives you energy for a good period of the day, which increases your yield.

And, if you are not having your breakfast, you are going to lose your energy level soon.

Are you a junk food lover?

Next up is for those who are junk food lover. Medically, junk food contains large amounts of sugars and simple carbohydrates.

Junk foods increase blood sugar rapidly, providing a significant dose of energy in a very short time. But, once your blood sugar drops, you feel extremely tired.

This repeated increases and decreases in blood sugar levels are the real reason behind untimely tiredness.

Another thing is the use of mobile phone before sleeping. Light of these devices can disturb your circadian rhythm, by reducing the level of melatonin. Experts recommend avoiding the use of technological devices at least 2 hours before bedtime.

So, check it out. What are you doing?
