I am not sure, how many people are going to talk about me when I will be gone; there may be a few or none. But, I want to make sure, if they do, they must do in my praise.
Well, we all want to be happy and successful in whatever we do. But, not everyone knows the secret. People do fail in the exam of their life because they try to copy from the answer sheets of others, despite knowing that every one of us is having a different set of questions. Instead of chasing others, the best thing is – make your own ways. Here are a few things that you should be doing.
1Love Your Morning
Instead of wishing good morning, try wishing happy morning. Morning is the key moment of the day; when you will be packing up for carrying your plans for the day. So, if possible, start your day with good thoughts. Avoid morning craps. Do not get involved in useless arguments. Try not to lose your cool.
Start your day with the thing that you enjoy doing the most and that could be a mad dance. Spare a few minutes to think about yourself and what you want to achieve from the day. Never miss a healthy breakfast rich in vitamins and if you have time, energize yourself with a short workout.
We humans are becoming thankless and since last few decades, the members of this group are increasing rapidly. Indisputably, this is one among the other reasons behind unhappy and depressed souls. Being grateful for the things that happen to you – whether good or bad.
In both cases, you have learned something. “Even a broken clock is right twice a day.” The explanation is simple: gratitude helps you look events of your life more calmly and enjoy it. In addition, try to make a list of things that you owe thank and see how many reasons you have to be happy.
3Set Realistic & Short-Terms Goals
Future is unpredictable and the best way to predict your future is to create it yourself. What is the use of planning for years to come, when we have no control over the next moment? To have some plans is a good thing, but there is no use of having plans for year.

To have goals like, “over the years, I have to do this” can be really frustrating, tiring or difficult to achieve. Therefore, it is important to set realistic goals; the goal for a day, a week or a month. Stop living in the world of dreams because anything can be achieved, if realistic.
4Avoid Stressed Souls
You must enjoy prevailing of having a wonderful life and not let any make it miserable. Stop bothering about the sadistic souls. It’s not selfishness. You are free to help them, but not at the cost of your own happiness.
5Do Not Waste Energy on Negative Emotions
Jealousy, panic, fear, anger – all are states that suck energy. Remember, this energy, otherwise, you can use for solving other things; perhaps more important.
When you feel that you are sinking in these emotions, leaving the place where you are, take a few steps, think about what you did to get to that state, and if it really worth your attention?
Although it is not going to disappear completely, but you see a significant decrease in voltage.
6Drink More Water
Do I really need to update you about the importance of water and how essential element water is for the body? Well, it’s deficiency can lead to fatigue, impaired concentration, headaches and other things that can successfully steal your efficiency. Therefore, drink as much as water you can.
7Pay Attention To The Things That Inspires You
It is very important to be attentive to the things that inspire you. So be it about interviews with other people, photos or exhibitions, remember that they are going to boost your motivation level; they can help you stay more focused about your aim and be more creative.
You need to get rid of all the negative energy around you. These negative vibes can suck your happiness and in the worst case, won’t let you enjoy many things.
The best possible solution to this problem is – smile more. A happy face is going to represent you as a charismatic personality and will force others to take you as their role model. So, what is the harm is wearing a smile?
In short, you need to develop positive and healthy habits because the more you have, the better it is. People are spending so much time in the gyms and on treadmills. However, nothing can compete for a ten minutes walk right after every meal.
A small walk within the walking distance can help you with better digestion. A healthy mind stays in a healthy body, they say.
