I woke up in the morning with full energy; yes, today I want to ‘kill the deal.’ I was full of optimism, unlike other days, today I did something different – I started my day with music and then an optimistic lecture.

I recently learned about a few things  successful people do first thing in the morning before they get out of their bed. I have experienced the effectiveness of this little secrets and I have honestly noticed the magic. Let me tell you, the sooner you start with these, the faster you will discover yourself in a mental state that will make you succeed in everything you undertake. But, before you start with these secrets, you must have the intention of doing that thing.

Breathe In And Out Deeply Five Times

Breathing keeps us alive. If breathing stops, the heart stops and then we will not see another day.

Breathing is incredibly strong and we can use the transcendence states of consciousness where we become masters of our own inner fire.

Go to the next level. Inhale and exhale as deeply as comfortable. Deep breathing for five times is an awesome exercise and it can melt away the stress and tension.

Expressed Gratitude

Each new day leads to a new way of saying “thank you” for being alive. Everything we experience in this blue sphere, we must be grateful. Contemplate the fact that there is something rather than nothing and this something that allows us to exist and to experience a reality so amazing.

There is always something and for that something, we must be thankful. Should you find it difficult to see, look around yourself and inside.

Do not get hung up on what you have not because this attitude will lead you to disappointment and suffering. What you are today or what your current life situations are, you may not find them ideal in your eyes.

“My life sucks and I do not see anything for which I should say thank you.” Do you think , you are one of these, who feel it difficult to find something for which to be thankful?

You can always go to the core. “Thank you for the breaths; I am living the life with my beloved ones.” Say it or feel it, no matter how you express gratitude.

Set Your Intention For The Day following

Treat your thoughts as if they have some magic spells. Trust me, our thoughts shape the reality we experience personally.

If we intend for something to happen, whether it’s about our mental condition or situation in life, usually make that thing happen.

If we want to be happy, we either do the something that brought us happiness before or we will do something that will make us happy now.

If we want to get out of an environment that is toxic physically or emotionally, we need to put our plans in motion to move us elsewhere.

Without this initial energy to move things in the right direction, our situation is not going to change a bit and that is a bitter fact.

Most of us need wake up calls every day; they need alarms to get them up from the bed, they keep looking at wall clock every time they pass by before they actually leave their house.

We need to understand that if we are not willing to do something, these alarms are useless. Therefore, before you start your day, say it loud or write the things that you have planned for the said day. What we intend is what we accomplish.

Smile For No Reason – The Best Use Your Muscles

Smiling is one of the most powerful “tricks” of life and it’s free. Do you know how many body muscles you are hurting when you are angry?

There are studies claiming, “all serotonin endorphins in your brain heal melancholy chemical. Pronoia (opposite mental condition called paranoia) starts automatically and offers an extraordinary start for the day.”

The smile is very well known for reducing stress, blood pressure and elevating the level of immunity, which makes it even better when we leave the world of dreams.

Admit Your Previous Mistakes

Can anyone tell me that he lives a life “perfect”? I can bet, none can claim so. It is hard. We all make mistakes; be it anyone, should we explore the books of our life, we all must have a few actions or reactions for which we always feel a lifetime regret; wish I had not done that.

Forgiveness will bring more benefits than anything else. Through forgiveness, we can kill such derogatory feelings and we can release them.

The best thing is – when you woke up in the morning, you should admit that you made a mistake (in case any guilt kept you awake whole night).

You must confess to yourself that since you cannot change the past, you can always try to create a new present.

Everything is changing and this the truth that remains the same. We are changing all the time, whether you realize it or not. I am not the same person that I was yesterday, a year ago or a decade ago. But, should I stick with something that I cannot do anything about, I am then creating more suffering.

We all suffered enough for some reason or another. Let’s not add unnecessary suffering in our life.
