Do you know why a dead body floats in the water, while a swimmer sinks?

Although the scientific reasons for this above-cited statement revolve around theories like body’s decomposition, the buoyancy of body caused by gasses like methane, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon dioxide, and bacteria’s functioning. However, philosophically, it is about surrendering yourself; unlike a live man who struggles, a dead man agrees to live in the flow of life. It is all about the journey – from struggle to flow.

The question of the century is – are you the driver of your life or your life is on auto-pilot mode?

Every single person on this planet is obeying the same flowchart of life cycle; education, work, marriage, children, and relationships. However, the question that arises here is – how aware are you while doing these activities? Are you present with your fully consciousness or you are just doing it because other wants you to do so?

There are times, when instead of sailing your ship, you are supposed to leave it to the wind. Instead of sailing it against the wind, you should let it sail with the flow of wind.

I am not advocating ‘giving-up’. All I am trying to say is, there are situations in life, where only quitting can bring peace.

However, this is an undeniable tragedy with intellectuals; instead of burying the past, they keep gardening those thorns of thoughts and events that disturb them.

Many of our religious books advocated the idea of living in the flow of life. Again, it is not about “not doing anything.” It is about not worrying about the things that are beyond our control.

Reminds me of a sermon – Instance one – “Are you worried? Do you have a solution? If the answer is yes, then why worry?” Instance two – “Are you worried?” Do you have a solution?” If the answer is no, then what is the use of worrying?”

Everything happens for a reason. And, if you are a soul that is full of positivism and who knows how to live in the flow of life, you will surely find something good in the pain as well.

To have a peaceful life, you don’t need to leave your house and family. It is not about going in jungles and doing meditation. It is neither about earning billions of dollars. Peace of mind has nothing to do with paper currency. For a peaceful mind, you need to jump out of your ordinary consciousness, where your attention wanders between past and future.

You need to surrender your ego. Before you can enjoy the eternal peace, you need to burst the bubble you live in; a confusion that makes you believe that you are doing everything. You need to learn that you are just an executor and not the decision maker.

Once you understand the secret and art of living in the flow of life, you will get to see the beauty behind landscapes, a sunset, a beautiful work of art, or the music.

Instead of running behind the things, surrender to the moment, sit on your favorite chair, listening to the noises of the environment, enjoying all of the sunshine and fresh air. Try to leave all past and future worries far behind.

Surrender yourself and feel like a thick curtain was drawn in front of your eyes; now everything is more vivid and brighter around you. Feel the miracle. How beautiful your life is going to be, once you understand the secret behind peaceful life – a complete surrender after having goodies that are necessary for nurturing a physical body.

To enjoy this and to live in the flow of life, you need to get beyond the mind and your self-produced worries. It is not about becoming a spiritual guru or something, but about finding the true you; your real self.

Experience the experiment of awakening consciousness. You’ll be able to live happily, peacefully, and worry free.
