If you think sneezing in public is a bad thing, then you are wrong. According to experts, if you should never hold your sneeze. Maybe you don’t know, but holding a sneeze by closing your mouth or pinching your nose, can be a reason behind excessive pressure of up to 176 mmHg (eustachian tubes) in the nose.

This level of pressure can seriously damage your ear and may result in blood clots in the brain. Various medical studies had proved that this habit of yours can seriously cause a sharp fluctuation in the blood flow. Additionally, this can be a reason for headaches, hearing problems, and damaged blood vessels.

In summers, we all spend a good amount money on perfumes and deodorants. Despite knowing that these perfumes, even the expensive ones, are based on synthetic substances that are very harmful to health, we love bathing with these.

For your information, regular use of these strong fragrances can cause dizziness, nausea, and drowsiness. Also, daily use of these chemicals can irritate the eyes, skin, and throat.

Therefore, preferably, you should apply these fragrances on clothes, and not on the certain areas of the body where smell persists.

I have spoken to many people about this. And, on an average, people told me that they brush their teeth immediately after having any meal.

However, the secret revealed by my dentist is – people should brush their teeth after an hour or at least after 30 minutes of a meal.

Actually, the food and beverages that we consume, especially the acidic ones, have an effect on our tooth enamel. And, if you are brushing immediately, you are enabling these acids to seep deeper.

Are you using antibacterial soap

These days, you can see a lot of commercials about antibacterial soaps, shampoos and body washes. But, how about if I tell you that there are bacteria (on the skin) that play a protective role?

Bathing daily with antibacterial soaps, is not a good thing at all. After speaking to many dermatologists on this, I reached at a conclusion that these antibacterial soaps are good, if they are used only twice a week.

Are you drinking a lot of freshly squeezed fruit juice

If you are consuming these juices on daily basis, you are not doing good to your health. As per the dietitians’ advice, these juices must be consumed only in small quantities and not daily.

The consistent use of these fruit juices can cause allergies, obesity, and to the worst, diabetes.

Wearing leggings or skin fit clothes can surely make you look more provocative and sexy. You may But, do you know that if you are wearing these very tight clothes, you are actually harming your body?

These tight fitting clothes can not only make you feel uncomfortable in many situations, but can disturb the blood flow to the legs as well.
